4) [uberclimber] 16-1-2011(10): In "The Phantom Menace" the Jedi were asked to act as go-betweens, placing them in the middle of the Senate and Trade Alliance conflict. (Also, this is the 'naka' in 'nakama' 仲間 ). 仲人 (ちゅうにん) : go-between, matchmaker; 仲良し (なかよし) : intimate friend, close friend.

5) [fuaburisu] 10-10-2005(9): Mr T literally goes between two persons, through the middle of their guts, acting as some kind of link in their personal relations, or as a middleman.
