2) [SammyB] 4-7-2008(70): Used in バス停 【バスてい】 (bus stop, or bus halt literally). Story: The pavilion where people wait for buses to halt.
3) [fuaburisu] 22-1-2006(70): Mister T makes a halt at the African pavilion at the World's Fair. He eats all the snacks on offer, and chats up the ladies - "“I pity da foo who does not halt by your pavilion, it's the best !".
4) [somukeru] 6-3-2008(15): A Jedi stands guard outside a pavilion. "Halt, who goes there?" he cries.
5) [kyldyyr] 11-11-2005(10): A person decides to visit the rotating restaurant on the top of the pavilion. Noticing how nice a restaurant it is, he/she decides to call a few friends to visit the restaurant, as well. The new arrivals also notice the nice atmosphere of the restaurant and decide to call a few more friends. And so on. Eventually the restaurant is filled with hundreds of people, whose sheer weight causes the rotating section to come to a complete halt.
