Note: to allot means to apportion by lots, it has the same root as the word “lottery”.

3) [smithsonian] 4-12-2006(29): Each infant gets its very own pair of human legs, allotted by God.

4) [BigAmish] 15-8-2008(22): In China, you are only ALLOTed one INFANT per family. My friends disagreed with that policy and HUMAN LEGGED it out of there!
